Your 100% Satisfaction is our commitment! We will try to make the return and exchange as smooth as possible.

If a buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase, we will gladly issue a FULL refund as long as the buyer contacts us within 45 days of receiving the item.

The buyer will ship the item back at the buyer's own cost.

The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the return package.

We will issue a refund to the customer's payment account.

The re-sizing fee is non-refundable.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return & refund.

We ONLY issue a refund for items in a resalable condition.

If the item is damaged or missing parts, please contact us for a repair quote.
