There will be no re-sizing fee for the custom-made orders.
We will charge a small non-refundable fee for re-sizing an existing ring.
Or we can offer a discount for re-sizing the ring by yourself.

REFUND AND EXCHANGES
Your 100% Satisfaction is our commitment! We will try to make the return and exchange as smooth as possible.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a FULL refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We ONLY issue a refund for items in their original condition.
You will ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Custom-made items cannot be refunded.
A re-sizing fee is non-refundable.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS:
Production time is about 4-8 weeks.
A 50% deposit will be required before production.
Once production starts, there will be no refund.
The rest of the 50% payment will be required after production.

ONE YEAR THE WIND LIMITED WARRANTY
The Wind stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. The product deemed to have a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced without question or charge.
The Wind warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage which occurs over time and during normal use, such as scratches on the finish or instances of the coating rubbing or wearing off, is normal and is not covered by warranty.
The Wind Warranty does not cover the main Gemstones.
All associated freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
